Prepared by chef Massimiliano from Italy, we offer a fusion of Italian and Spanish cuisine – a style distinctly Italian, but utilising the best ingredients and traditions of typical Andaluz cooking.
Variety of menu options
We offer an a la carte menu with a selection of meat, fish, pasta and vegetarian dishes, together with daily specials to enhance the range and seasonality of the menu. On weekday lunchtimes we also offer a fixed three course menu del dia and at weekends there are special menus depending on the time of year (see bleow).
Our wine selection
Our wine list is carefully selected to represent a range of wines from the best-known regions of Spain, together with a selection of excellent wines from the small local bodegas of the Serrania de Ronda.
Option of two bars
The hotel bar, adjacent to the dining room, is well-stocked with a variety of international beers,wines, spirits and soft drinks, which can be enjoyed in the bar or on the river terrace. On those long summer days and evenings, you do not need to move far from poolside to get a drink – the separate pool terrace bar carries a selection of beers , wines and soft drinks.
