That is what you are assured at Hotel Molino Cuatro Paradas. Whether dining on the stunning river terrace or indoors in our rustic dining room, the food will match the ambience of your surroundings. Using the best of local ingredients we offer menus reflecting both the traditions of Andaluz cuisine as well as influences from around the world. The menus are adapted to reflect changing seasons and the availability of local produce, but will always include a selection of meat, fish and choice of vegetarian dishes.

Outdoor Dining

Our river terrace is a particular feature of the hotel and is the preferred dining spot whenever the weather permits it. In the long summer months this is virtually assured for both lunch and dinner and, in Spring and Autumn, the terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely lunch in the open air, to the accompaniment of the soothing sounds of the passing river. At weekends we usually have a special lunchtime menu – often a barbeque or a buffet – please check with us in advance to see what is cooking!

Our wine selection

Our wine list is carefully selected to represent a range of wines from the best-known regions of Spain, together with a selection of excellent wines from the small local bodegas of the Serrania de Ronda.

Option of two bars

The hotel bar, adjacent to the dining room, is well-stocked with a variety of international beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks, which can be enjoyed in the bar or on the river terrace. On those long summer days and evenings, you do not need to move far from poolside to get a drink – the separate pool terrace bar carries a selection of beers , wines and soft drinks.
